Lebanon: our headquarters
Our headquarters is in Beirut, and from there we run workshops, site visits and training sessions with your team across Lebanon.

On-site, remote or hybrid
We agree the mix with you at the start, based on your preferences and the project, and the mix can change as the work moves forward. Some teams like to meet in person, and others prefer calls and shared documents, so we shape the plan around your team.

Workshops, process walk-throughs and training sessions with your team, held in person at your premises.

Workshops, reviews and documents handled online, with shared folders and short video calls.

Yes. We deliver projects in the format that suits your team: on-site workshops and training at your premises, remote sessions with shared documents and video calls, or a hybrid of the two. We agree the format at the start and can change it as the project moves forward.
Can you work on-site at my business?
Yes. We can come to your premises in any of the six countries when being there helps, for example to map a process or to train a team. We agree the dates and the programme with you before the visit.
Are your services the same in every country?
Yes. You get the same five services and the same method everywhere. What changes is how we deliver the work, and which local specialists you appoint for registration, licences and legal matters. Projects run in English, Arabic or French, whichever your team prefers.
Do you give legal or licensing advice in each country?
No. Legal and licensing advice comes from qualified specialists in each country. We look at how your business operates, and we coordinate with the specialists you appoint so that their work fits your plan.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. You can use one service on its own or combine several in one project, in any of the six countries. We agree the scope, tasks and responsibilities before work begins, so that the project matches what you need.
